Price Beat Policy

Found it cheaper? We'll beat it by 10%.

If you find the same rug for less at another Australian retailer, show us and we'll beat their price by 10% of the difference. For example, if our price is $1,000 and a competitor sells the identical rug for $900, the difference is $100, so we'll sell it to you for $890.

How to claim

Before you buy, send us a link to the competitor's web page or a copy of their written quote. Contact us by email or visit our Moonee Ponds showroom. Once we've checked it, we'll give you the price-beat price.

Conditions

  • The product must be identical: same brand, design, size and colour.
  • It must be in stock at an Australian retailer, with the price shown on their website or in a written quote.
  • The competitor's price is compared including their delivery cost.
  • The 10% is calculated on the price difference, not on the full price.
  • Clearance, end-of-line, auction, marketplace (such as eBay or Amazon sellers), trade and member-only prices are excluded.
  • One claim per item, made before purchase. The price beat can't be applied to orders already placed.
  • The price beat can't be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Rugs On Puckle reserves the right to decide whether a claim is eligible.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
