Change of Mind Returns
Please contact Rugs on Puckle before returning any item. Rugs must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your rug arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos so we can assist you.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
