Shipping Policy
Rugs on Puckle offers free standard delivery on orders of $100 or more to most addresses across Australia. Orders under $100 have a flat standard delivery fee of $25.
Delivery areas
We deliver to most residential and business addresses throughout Australia. Some remote or regional locations may take longer to reach. If there is an issue delivering to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery times
Most orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and product availability. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Order processing
Some products are dispatched from Rugs on Puckle, while others are dispatched directly from our supplier's warehouse. If your order contains items from different locations, they may arrive in separate deliveries. If an item is temporarily unavailable or delayed, we will contact you.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking to become active.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.
Receiving your order
Please inspect your rug as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
