Change of Mind Returns
Please contact Rugs on Puckle before returning any item. Rugs must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Proper care will help keep your rug looking beautiful for years to come. Follow these simple tips to protect and maintain your rug.

Regular Vacuuming
Vacuum your rug regularly using gentle suction. Avoid using a rotating brush or beater bar where possible, particularly on delicate, vintage or handwoven rugs.

Rotate Your Rug
Rotate your rug periodically to help promote even wear and minimise the effects of sunlight and foot traffic.

Spills & Stains
Attend to spills as quickly as possible. Blot gently with a clean, absorbent cloth — do not rub, as this may spread the stain or damage the fibres.

For deep cleaning or difficult stains, we recommend using a professional rug cleaner experienced with your rug's particular material and construction.

Sunlight & Moisture
Avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight where possible, as colours may fade over time. Keep rugs away from excessive moisture and allow them to dry thoroughly if they become damp.

Rug Size Guide

Choosing the right rug size can make your room feel more balanced, comfortable and complete. Use this guide to help select the best size for your space.

Living Room
For smaller living rooms, a 160 × 230 cm rug can work well with a coffee table and the front legs of your sofa positioned on the rug.

For larger living rooms, consider a 200 × 300 cm or 250 × 350 cm rug so the seating area feels connected and well proportioned.

Dining Room
Choose a rug large enough for the dining chairs to remain on the rug when pulled out. As a general guide, allow approximately 60–75 cm of rug beyond each side of your dining table.

Bedroom
For bedrooms, choose a rug that extends beyond the sides and foot of the bed. Larger rugs placed underneath the bed create a comfortable and balanced look.

Hallways & Runners
Choose a runner that leaves some flooring visible around the edges. Measure the hallway carefully before selecting your runner.
